Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and normally no longer than 24 months if you do not become a client. Client project information is kept for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards for records, revisions and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
How we protect information
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiries and client materials is limited to the people working on your project. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict certain uses, or receive a copy of it.
